]PT TEZ Capital And Finance (TCF) is again holding the Financial Literacy and Inclusion (LIK) program for Semester 1 – 2023 on June 20, 2023. In collaboration with Abdi Negara 2 Cibarusah Vocational High School (SMK), Bekasi, West Java.

This year's LIK program, themed "Smartly Utilizing Financing Services," is aimed at vocational high school students. It aims to provide students with an understanding of the financial industry, particularly financing institutions, products, and services, as early as possible.

This activity is mandatory for financial services companies following the enactment of POJK No. 3 of 2023 concerning Increasing Financial Literacy and Inclusion in the Financial Services Sector for Consumers and/or the Public.

The event was attended by 81 participants, consisting of 37 male students and 44 female students—divided into two activities, namely: Financial Literacy Session and Financial Inclusion Session.

In the Financial Literacy Session, TCF Management explained the types of financing companies' activities, the characteristics of financing products and services, and the benefits and risks of utilizing them. Participants are expected to understand their rights and obligations as financing customers and what to prepare for when they need financial services from a financing company as members of society.

During the Financial Inclusion Session, the Board of Directors explained the company profile of PT TEZ Capital and Finance: its business activities, products and services, and the unique features it offers. The presentation aimed to make TCF more widely known and more accessible to all groups, including vocational high school students as potential entrepreneurs in the future.

The TCF LIK activity received a warm welcome and full support from the school. The event began with remarks from the Principal and the TCF President Director, followed by the singing of the Indonesian National Anthem, Indonesia Raya.

In fact, before the LIK event began, the school took the initiative to hold a welcoming ceremony by showcasing traditional dances performed by vocational school students on the school field.

" It is truly a pleasure and honor for us to have PT TEZ Capital and Finance visit and collaborate at our school. This is not only in line with the government's "Freedom to Learn" initiative, but it is also very beneficial for our students, who desperately need insight and knowledge about industrial and business practices, particularly the financial industry, " said Ahmad Baihaki, the SMK Principal, in his welcoming remarks.

During the face-to-face educational activities in class, participants appeared enthusiastic and actively asked questions throughout the presentation material.

TCF awarded participants who asked questions with e-money prizes of Rp50,000 each. Nearly 50% of students received e-money , which can be used for e-tolls , Transjakarta tickets, mall parking, or even shopping at Alfamart and Indomart.

A digital financial transaction experience was introduced through a " giveaway " for participants who actively asked questions during the education.

The TCF Financial Literacy and Inclusion (LIK) event concluded at 5:00 PM WIB. It closed with a prayer from the school teacher. All participants were present from the beginning until the event began. TCF provided them with Certificates of Participation in the Financial Literacy and Inclusion program. See you at the next TCF Financial Literacy and Inclusion event.
