Located at Routine Coffee and Eatry, Jl KH Wahid Hasyim FG14 No.42 Bintaro, TEZ Capital and Finance in collaboration with EagleTree Property--a leading property agent in the Bintaro area, held a Financial Literacy event with the theme: "Multifinance Industry in Property Business Activities."

The cozy and relaxed atmosphere added to the excitement of the event. In attendance were members of real estate agents with networks and access to consumers and property developers in the Bintaro area. New opportunities have emerged in the financial industry, where multifinance companies can now finance property businesses.

While previously, multifinance companies' services were limited to motorcycle or car ownership loans (KPM) or other consumer goods, new regulations from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) now allow multifinance companies to also engage in property financing. This is commonly referred to in banking as the mortgage business.

The event, held on October 30, 2019, was met with great enthusiasm, especially after the presentation of legal experts and notaries from Aloysius Law Office, who also served as speakers explaining the legal aspects of property buying and selling through financing schemes from multifinance companies.

"In terms of credit or financing agreements, they're actually almost the same as banks. However, because multifinance companies are generally owned by shareholders, the contract agreement process can be relatively quicker," said Mr. Aloysius, a speaker.

"TEZ is present as a financing company that was first established precisely to seize opportunities from changes in regulations related to financing, where TEZ provides financing facilities for investment and working capital for its debtors with property as collateral," said Dody Hasril--President Director of TEZ Capital and Finance who was also a speaker at the event.

The event concluded with a question-and-answer session and a friendly gathering. Participants gained new insights and information, as well as new business opportunities in property financing. While previously they had only had one financing model, banking, now there's another alternative: multifinance companies.

"Now there are more and more business opportunities for property agents. I just found out that multifinance companies like TEZ Capital and Finance can provide collaboration opportunities with property agents both in property sales for financing settlements and as property references for the financing companies themselves. Until now, we only knew banks that launched KPR and KPA products," said one participant with a cheerful face.
