Note: TEZ Capital And Finance may extend the complaint resolution period to a maximum of 20 business days (specifically for complaints submitted in writing) if the complaint resolution requires special research, follow-up from other parties, and/or other factors beyond TEZ Capital And Finance's control that will affect the complaint resolution time.
